Home Video & Non-Profit
Group Use: Video Purchases
DVD and VHS media purchased at the home/non-profit rate
does not include public performance/setting rights. We request
that institutional organizations do not use DVDs sold for
home use in any public performance setting.
Home Use/ Non-Profit Group PURCHASE AGREEMENT:
- Media is sold for home use only
- Media cannot be televised or broadcast
- Media is protected under International Copyright Law
- Media cannot be shown in any public performance setting
- Media cannot be rented, loaned for a fee, leased or sub-leased
to others
- Media cannot be altered or copied in any manner without
written permission from Chariot Videos
Please note that your payment for the media purchase constitutes
acceptance of the above agreements.
Educational Institutions &
Public Library: Video Purchases
DVD media purchased at the educational/library rate include
Library Circulation and Public Performance Rights for non-commercial
and educational exhibition where no admission fee is charged.
Educational/library purchase price does not include the right
to screen titles in a paid-admission setting. Educational/library
price does not include digital rights. Please contact
the Chariot Videos office to request a paid-admission
screening license or if you have questions regarding digital
rights.
Educational/Library PURCHASE AGREEMENT:
- Media is sold for Educational use/ Library circulation
only
- Media is protected under International Copyright Law
- Media cannot be televised or broadcast (except for closed-circuit
campus use)
- Media cannot be show commercially or for profit, or promoted
in paid advertising
- Media cannot be altered or copied in any manner without
written permission from Chariot Videos

via credit card or PayPal payment by using the PayPal “Add
to Cart" buttons at the bottom of each video page. Please
note that PayPal cannot accept corporate or institutional credit
cards without an individual's name.
Check or Money Order Purchases: To download

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with
